In celebration of Science Day.. Jijel University organizes a special celebration with the theme of artificial intelligence.
- Mr. the Rector; Professor Ben Ali Echerif Nuredine oversees the event with the administrative team and a number of professors.
- Professors Zennir Mohamed Najib and Boukabou Abdel Karim gave lectures on artificial intelligence and its uses.
- A group of students from the Faculty of exact Sciences and computer Science and the Faculty of Science and Technology presented some of their innovative work in the field of artificial intelligence.

Jijel University celebrates National Martyrs' Day
A cultural meeting of the Faculty of Letters and Languages to commemorate the National Martyrs' Day with the theme "From Algeria to the resilient Gaza"
The activity was attended by Vice-rectors of the University, Deans of faculties and a number of students and included two interventions on the occasion for professors Bilal Lisani and Abdullah Lahilah and poetry readings in the revolution and resistance to a group of university and state poets.

السيد مدير الجامعة البروفيسور بن علي الشريف نور الدين فعاليات اليوم المفتوح من تنظيم مكتب الربط "مؤسسة-جامعة" تحت عنوان: «الجامعة والمحيط الإقتصادي والإجتماعي - نحو شراكة حقيقية و مستدامة».
حضر الفعاليات إطارات الجامعة ومختلف فئات الأسرة الجامعية، كما حضر ممثلون عن القطاع الإقتصادي والإجتماعي لولاية جيجل: مؤسسة الخزفu الصحي بالميلية-جيجل، الشركة الجزائرية–القطرية للصلب AQS، المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية جوماقرو JUMAGRO. وتم ايضا، امضاء إتفاقية تعاون بين جامعة جيجل ومؤسسة الخزف الصحي بالميلية-جيجل.
وقد اشرف على فعاليات اليوم المفتوح وكذا مقهى الأعمال الأستاذ برحال عبد الوهاب مسؤول مكتب الربط مؤسسة-جامعة (BLEU) بالتعاون مع حاضنة أعمال الجامعة(incubateur)، مركز تطوير المقاولاتية CDE ومركز دعم التكنولوجيا والإبتكار CATI لجامعة جيجل.

Research professor Adel Melit of the University of Jijel is crowned by the Sonatrak Award for Best Scientific Research
Adel Melit, who has already been ranked in the top 2% of the world's researchers by the international classification Ad scientific index
The Sontrac Foundation Award for the best scientific publication in a scientific journal classified as A +, which was about artificial intelligence.
The distribution ceremony was during a major event of the International Convention Centre in Algiers dedicated to the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the Foundation of Sonatrak.
