Its responsibilities :
The mission of this Council is to discuss all matters related to the proper functioning of the University and to ensure that its objectives are achieved.
- It is composed of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, its President, and representatives of all user sectors and the heads of the various bodies of the University.
- It deliberates on proposals for programmes related to pedagogy and scientific research, on the management of the University’s human and financial resources and reviews, as well as on partnership projects.
- It meets twice a year. The Rector is secretary of this Council.
- It is composed of representatives of the various user sectors and of the University.
- It meets twice a year (in regular session). The Rector of the University attends the meetings with a consultative voice and provides the secretariat.
