Within the framework of the IT management of research training projects (CNEPRU), we have the honour to inform you of the eligibility conditions for these projects and the new online submission procedures for new projects, Annual and final reviews including any other project requests (integrations, exclusions, renewals, freezes, etc.)
Requirements
1- The team must consist of a minimum of (03) members including the project leader, and (06) members at most.
2- The duration of the project is three years, with the possibility of an extension of one year. An activity report must be drawn up annually,
3- The project manager has the possibility to submit a new project at the end of the second year of the current project,
4- Exceptionally and duly justified, lecturer-researchers may lead two projects; however, they may not be both project leader and member in another project and they may not propose two projects for the same year.
5- The project must be directed by a lecturer researcher of magistral rank, the direction of the project could be entrusted exceptionally and transitory to the Lecturer class «B» holder of a doctorate,
6- Master Assistants in the “A” and “B” classes may be included in only one research project.
7- The research team must include research teachers in doctoral training.
8- The integration of new research teachers in current projects must be carried out exclusively during the regular session.The integration into a project of new members remains reserved for the registered research teachers under the direction of the project manager or a member of the team; it would be done only during the first two years of the project launch, integrations into a project in the year of finalisation or year of extension are rejected
9- The exclusion of a team member is the responsibility of the project leader,
10- The complementary session is devoted to projects that have obtained a reserved or unfavourable opinion (reformulation lack of supporting documents, non-compliant rank of the project manager etc...)
11- Failure to comply with the conditions created implies the systematic rejection of the project and the responsibility lies with the project manager and the various bodies of the institution,
12- Compliance with the deadlines set for the submission of projects and the introduction of appeals is imperative no case or situation would be dealt with outside the posted schedule.
The new transmission procedures
1- New projects, annual reviews, final reviews, must be carried out on-line website: «www.cnepru-mesrs.dz»,
2- The opening and closing dates for the transmission of documents are fixed before the opening of the two sessions (ordinary and supplementary),
3- After the validation of the project by the authorities and authorised bodies of the establishment (the scientific council, the head of establishment, etc.) the head of establishment must send on paper, the duly signed nominative list of all the projects (new projects, annual and final reviews) to the Research and Training Directorate,
