A period of (7) days is granted to the bidders to prepare their offers, starting from the first publication of the consultation announcement.

Bids are to be submitted to the office of the Deputy Director for Equipment and Maintenance of Mohamed Sidik Ben Yahia University, located in Ouled Aissa, on the seventh (07) day at 10:00 AM.
