The Board of Directors of Jijel University convened under the chairmanship of Professor Ahmed Bouras, Director of Constantine 1 University, and in the presence of the Director of Jijel University, Professor Nourredine Ben Ali Cherif, and the board members, where the following were approved:

- Establishing a subsidiary called "University Business Accelerator" at Jijel University.

- Establishing a subsidiary called "Integrated Technological Systems Design and Installation Institute" at the University of Jijel.

- The project to establish a higher school for teachers in Jijel in several specializations as part of the expansion of the network of higher schools for teachers.
