The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is the recipient of an offer of scholarships, emanating from the Republic of Mauritius, intended for citizens of member states of the African Union, for the three levels of university studies (Bachelor's degree , Master and PhD) and this, for the academic year 2025.

The submission deadline is April 25, 2025
