An academic mobility contract is concluded between two higher education institutions to promote students' mobility across the national territory for the purpose of learning, cooperation and rapprochement between higher education institutions.

The contracting student's objectives are:

- Acquiring new knowledge that is included in the programme of the receiving institution, whether it is not in the original institution's programme or is closely related to the objectives of the first programme;

- Openness and development of human and behavioral skills (soft skills) such as communication, self-confidence, time management, stress management, entrepreneurship, adaptation to other situations,... etc.,

- Enriching his culture with the cultures and other traditions of the homeland;

- Developing the idea of education through proximity to other methods of education and evaluation.

The institutions concerned should be committed to respecting the content of the study contract in terms of reception, monitoring, evaluation and the same as certifying the academic results obtained by the student during academic mobility.
