In the framework of the computer management of research projects training (CNEPRU), we have the honour to inform you of the eligibility conditions for these projects and the new procedures for submitting new projects online, annual and final balance sheets including any other project applications (integrations, exclusions, renewals, freezes, etc.).


• Requirements:

 1- The team must consist of a minimum of (03) members including the project leader and a maximum of (06) members.

 2- The duration of the project is three years, with the possibility of an extension of one year. An activity report must be drawn up annually

3- The project leader has the possibility to submit a new project at the end of the second year of project in progress

4- Exceptionally duly justified, lecturers of magistral rank may lead two projects; however they cannot be both project leader and member in another project and they cannot propose two projects for the same year.

5- The project must be led by a teacher-researcher of magistral rank, the project management could be entrusted exceptionally and transient to the Class “B” Senior Lecturer with a doctorate

7- The research team must have research teachers in doctoral training.

8- The integration of new research teachers into current projects must be carried out exclusively during the regular session.
The inclusion in a project of new members remains reserved for research teachers registered under the direction of the project leader or a member of the team; it would only take place during the first two years of the project launch, integrations into a project in the year of finalisation or the year of extension are rejected

9- Exclusion of a team member is the responsibility of the project leader

10- The additional session is devoted to projects that have obtained a reserved or unfavourable opinion (reformulation lack of supporting documents, non-compliant grade of the project leader etc...)

11- Failure to comply with the conditions entails the systematic rejection of the project and the responsibility lies with the project manager and the various bodies of the institution

12- Compliance with the deadlines set for the submission of projects and the introduction of remedies is imperative no case, nor situation would be dealt with outside the posted schedule.

• The new transmission procedures:

1- New projects, annual reviews, final reviews must be carried out online website: www.cnepru-mesrs.dz

2- The opening and closing dates for the transmission of documents shall be fixed before the opening of the two sessions (ordinary and supplementary),

3- After the validation of the project by the institutional bodies and authorised bodies (the scientific council, the head of establishment, etc.), the head of establishment must transmit in paper form, the duly signed list of names of all projects (new projects, annual reports and final reports) to the Research and Training Directorate,
